How our hybrid model works
We do the smart-tech install ourselves so it's fast, dialed-in, and backed by us directly. For everything bigger, we shift into facilitator mode and own the paperwork, scheduling, and oversight on your behalf.

We sequence trades in the right order, manage lead times on materials, and keep the project moving on a realistic timeline.

A dedicated project lead checks in on crews, verifies workmanship, and is the single point of contact for you and the trades.

Walkthrough & punch-list follow-up
We walk the finished job with you, hold our trade partners accountable to every punch-list item, and stay reachable after they're gone.
Our story
Three Green Energy is a family-run team built around a clear idea: most homeowners want to start saving energy fast, without committing to a giant construction project. So we built our flagship Smart Home & Energy Tech install — a one-day, in-house upgrade that pays off immediately.
From there, our years on the trades side of residential construction kick in — we know which insulators, HVAC techs, electricians, and solar installers do excellent work, and which to avoid. When you're ready for the deeper retrofits, we facilitate the whole thing.
